My wife and I wish to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation to you for replacing the siding, which warped on our new home in the early summer after we moved in. It is believed the damage was caused by the foundation stone being too tight against the bottom siding "J" Channel, (restricting movement of the siding due to expansion when the weather warmed up), likely due to the stonemason being provided improper or no instructions when the stone was laid. When others refused to accept responsibility, your consideration for others, your conscientiousness and your pride in workmanship became evident as you took it upon yourself to replace the damaged siding at your own expense. We consider you to be an exception and a credit to your community, your profession, your company and to the Fredericksburg area building industry. We will recommend you and your company highly whenever we have the opportunity.
